Here We Grow Again: Expanding Our Home
We are embarking on a pivotal journey to raise $190,000 to enhance our current facility—an investment that will shape the future of theatrical arts education in our community. This includes signing an updated 10-year lease for our space and building out an expansion deeper into the building.
Gifts of $20 or more will be recognized for one year in the Tallgrass lobby and mainstage show programs. Gifts of $250 or more will be honored on a permanent recognition wall inside the new space.
Expanding Possibilities – This expansion will help Tallgrass better serve our students, artists, and community by:
- Creating dedicated spaces for our children’s program Seedlings and other TTC programs focused on teaching, coaching, and rehearsals.
- Improve Safety with a new exit for patron from our current performance space and technical booth. Adding exterior sidewalk and lighting to side entrances/exits from our facility.
- Increasing Access by furnishing the expansion space with equipment to enhance our education platform and rental opportunities for arts partners.
Together, these enhancements and our expansion will create a vibrant environment where creativity and learning can continue to excel and thrive at Tallgrass.
